Minister in CPM-led Pinarayi Vijayan government received sacred Akshat, consecrated in Ayodhya Ram Mandir, from RSS leaders at his residence in Valakam, Kollam district. RSS Pranta Sahasamparka Pramukh C.C. Shelvan, Kollam Sahakaryavahak Jayaprakash, BJP Anchal Vice-President Santosh, and Seva Bharati Kottarakkara Unit President Prashanth visited Kerala Transport Minister K.B. Ganeshkumar and invited him to the Pranaprathishta ceremonies scheduled to take place on January 22, 2024. Minister received the sacred Akshat from the RSS leaders. Leaders visited him in connection with the Pranapratishta Grih Sampark Maha Abhiyan. And, the leaders had obtained prior to appointment to meet the minister.
Ganesh is the leader of Kerala Congress (B), a constituent of LDF led by CPM. CPM has been maintaining a policy to keep away from Pranaprathishta ceremonies. Under normal circumstances, LDF constituents do not antagonize CPM, read chief minister Pinarayi Vijayan. They always keen to keep him in good humours. Ganeshkumar was sworn in as a minister hardly two weeks before.
In Kerala, several important personalities have already received the Akshtam when the Sangh-inspired social workers visited them. Matha Amritanandamayi Devi alias Amma, Dakshin Bharat’s nightingale K.S. Chitra and Padmasree P.T. Usha and prominent Malayalam film personalities Sreenivasan and Unni Mukundan are some prominent ones among them.
Workers get enthusiastic responses during the Grih Samparka Abhiyan.
