Palakkad: Nusrath Jahan, national vice president of Republican Party of India and Human Rights Advisor, said that those who believe in Sanathana Dharama are all Hindus. She said this while inaugurating the Sthreeshakthi Sangamam, organised by Samanwaya Samithi, Kalleppulli, at Club 6 Convention Centre. Retired Judge T. Indira presided.
Jahan said that she is proud to be a Hindu. Hindutwa is a culture, there is no religion in it. Without nation, there is no people, society or family. Students should be taught the history of Jhansi Rani and Shivaji, instead of Mughal empire, who fought for the country. Jahan said that now women are coming forward with several issues, thanks to the freedom they got due to the abolition of Muthalaq or Triple Thalaq. Simultaneously women should give importance to education. They should remember that then only they can achieve their goals.
