THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: Leaders from Kerala’s socio-cultural arena have submitted a memorandum to the State government, seeking to pass a resolution on Kashmir issue.
They urged the State government to pass a resolution in the Assembly, demanding that the Centre withdraw the alleged unilateral steps taken by it in Kashmir and reinstate civil rights of people there.
