കേരള രാജ്ഭവനില് 2023 ഒക്ടോബര് 24ന് രാവിലെ വിദ്യാരംഭ ചടങ്ങ് നടത്താന് തീരുമാനിച്ചു. ചടങ്ങില് ഗവര്ണര് ശ്രീ ആരിഫ് മുഹമ്മദ് ഖാന് കുട്ടികളെ ആദ്യക്ഷരം എഴുതിക്കും. ഒക്ടോബര് 20-ന് മുമ്പ് രജിസ്റ്റര് ചെയ്യുന്ന കുട്ടികള്ക്കാണ് രാജ്ഭവനില് വിദ്യാരംഭത്തിന് അവസരം ലഭിക്കുക.
